Youth Cheer
Youth Cheer offers the perfect opportunity for youth to develop self-reliance and self-confidence on an individual level while stressing the importance of teamwork within a cheer squad. Cheerleaders will learn basic skills, chants, cheers, jumps, stunts, & dance while experiencing performances in front of a crowd.
The Youth Cheer season is held during the winter months, in conjunction with our Youth Basketball Season. Youth Cheer camp is during the summer. These programs are for youth ages 5 – 14. All practices and games are held at Bluestone High School in Skipwith, VA.
Age group eligibility is determined by age as of 9/30/2025. This is so kids will play with others in the same grade level as themselves. Playing UP in age level is an option but you will need to first register in the appropriate age group and then speak to the program coordinator, Jenna Boswell. Her email is [email protected]

Weekly, 1 hour practices begin the week of January 20th, 2026.
Games are on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm beginning February 7th, 2026.
Once registration is complete, we’ll divide into squads, have a coach’s meeting, and will send out an invite to join the TeamReach group for that team.
