Pickleball
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports, and the Mecklenburg County YMCA is proud to offer a variety of Pickleball programs for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, our courts and programs are designed to help you enjoy this exciting sport.
Pickleball 101
Want to learn the newest sport taking the world by storm? Look no further than Pickleball 101! In this 4 week session, you’ll learn the basics of Pickleball like the rules, lingo, and best strategies from our seasoned instructors. These lessons are offered periodically, so don’t miss your chance to cook in the kitchen!
The next offering will be a Tuesday class from 5:30 to 7:30, beginning May 13th to June 3rd, 2025. The court will be reserved for the following 4 weeks for the training group to continue to hone their skills together at the same time on Tuesday nights, June 10th to July2st, 2025
Spots are limited and a waitlist will be opened for future interest.
