A year-round competitive YMCA team program for AAU levels Copper, Bronze,
Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire. We incorporate our mission and our core values in every practice and meet that we participate in. Team members have opportunities to compete in local and state competitions. Participation is by invitation only and perspective athletes will need to be evaluated before an invitation can be extended. Practice held Mondays 5-7PM and Thursdays 5:30-8PM

Gym I is perfect for kindergarten-age children who are brand new to gymnastics or still learning the basics. This class focuses on motor skills, coordination, and foundational gymnastics movements in a fun, supportive environment.

Practice held on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30PM

Gym II is designed for younger gymnasts who show readiness for more skill development. This class begins to introduce more control, strength, and flexibility through skill progression.

Practices held on Wednesdays form 5:30-6:30PM.

Gym III is designed for slightly older gymnasts who are newer to the sport or still developing core skills. This class builds on fundamentals while gradually introducing more complex elements.

Practices held on Wednesdays form 6:30-7:30PM.

Gym IV is designed for gymnasts who have the core skills and continue to show development towards higher skills and interest in competitive gymnastics. This class focuses on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and introducing more advanced skills.

Practices held on Mondays form 4:30-5:30PM.

This class is designed for preschool-age children who are ready for a full-season commitment to gymnastics. Young gymnasts will build strength, confidence, and foundational skills through structured class routines and progressive skill development on all apparatus.

Practice will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15PM.

Tiny Tots is a playful and active introduction to gymnastics for your littlest movers! This 6-week class focuses on basic movement, balance, coordination, and fun through creative obstacle courses and age-appropriate gymnastics activities. A great first step before committing to a full year.

Parent participation is encouraged to support comfort and engagement as your child explores and learns in a safe, nurturing environment.

Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 4:45-5:30PM.

Tumble I is designed for gymnasts who are eager to grow their tumbling skills. This class focuses on beginner tumbling skills with an emphasis on proper form, body awareness, and strength building.

Prerequisites: Cartwheel, handstand, bridge, handstand forward roll.

Practice will be held on Thursdays from 4:45-5:45PM.

Tumble II is for tumblers with strong foundational skills ready to work on more dynamic movements. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, and strength.

Prerequisites (not exclusive): Roundoff, bridge to kickover

Gymnasts continue advancing strength, control, and form while working on back handsprings, front handsprings, and connected tumbling passes.

Prerequisites: Coaches recommendation required for placement. 

Practice will be held on Mondays from 7-8:30PM.
