At the Y, we know that weights aren’t just for the guys. Our Women on Weights program helps ladies find their inner strength to support and improve their physical and mental health. Women will not only learn the proper technique needed to build a strong and effective workout, but also gain the confidence to stick with it.
Women on Weights will teach you how to incorporate free weights into your workouts. This small-group class, teaches lifting technique, exercises, and routines. Boost your confidence as you build strength, flexibility, and more!
