Summer Gymnastics
Our Youth Gymnastics program at the Mecklenburg County YMCA offers a fun and supportive environment for kids to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. We are offering three, 5-week summer sessions starting the week of June 30th.
All sessions will be held at our Gymnastics Facility located at 612 Virginia Ave in Clarksville, VA
Advanced Tumble

Ideal for current and prospective competition team members and upper-level gymnasts, this summer session focuses on advanced tumbling passes, strength and conditioning, skill connections, and event-specific training (floor, vault, beam, and bars). It emphasizes form, endurance, and performance quality—helping athletes stay sharp and gain an edge going into competition season.

This playful, beginner-level session is designed just for our tiniest gymnasts! Children will explore movement through basic tumbling, balance activities, and fun obstacle courses. Emphasis is on coordination, confidence-building, and having a blast in a safe, nurturing environment.
